How to Register Welcome to the Palouse Rideshare online ride matching application. Registration is simple - just enter your personal information below. Safety in order to protect your privacy and to verify your email address, you will be sent an email message that contains an account activation code. When you get the email, just click on the included link and your Palouse Rideshare account will be activated automatically. Palouse Rideshare Terms and Conditions The Palouse Rideshare program is an on-line carpool matching service provided by PCEI. Matches are made electronically based primarily on participant zip codes and travel times. PCEI does not certify the character of rideshare applicants and strongly encourages all participants to carefully screen referrals prior to sharing any personal information. Initially, participants are identified to other participants by their email address and 'nickname' only. Participants are encouraged not give out their home address, home telephone number, or other personally identifiable data until they can verify the integrity of potential rideshare partners. By participating in the Palouse Rideshare program, applicants agree that they are solely responsible for determining whether and when it is appropriate to meet or share personal information with a potential rideshare partner. Signing up to participate in the Palouse commuter program does not guarantee that applicants will find a commuter match. To increase your potential matches, adjust your preferred arrival and departure times. PCEI reserves the right to refuse services to anyone within the lawful limits of Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964.
